My students bring such joy to my life and I am thankful to be their teacher. We seriously have some of the best students in our small town, elementary school. I know that every school and every teacher says that, but I know just how amazing our students are.
My students are always ready to try something new, because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day.
I want to grow with them!
Our school is over sixty percent free or reduced price lunch, but together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need.
I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.
My Project
Go Noodle is something we use on a daily basis. We dance, sing, and learn lots of great academic concepts using our 30-day trial of Go Noodle Plus. Soon it will run out though and we want to be sure we have it. Music is only two 30 minute sessions a week and I want to be sure my students are exposed to even more singing and dancing because many of the hard concepts stick when singing them! There is a channel on Go Noodle Plus called Mega Math Marathon. Students can compete against the computer to learn their math facts.
It is so engaging and so perfect for us in 3rd grade!
There are also virtual field trips we can go on to check in on concepts we have just learned in science, math, ELA, or science!
This project would get Go Noodle academic extensions for four classrooms!
