This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are begging for a Lego plant collection that they can build and decorate our classroom with. In order for this to work in an elementary classroom we need a felt table with drawers to ensure no pieces go missing and they can work on it continuously without having to clean it up everyday. They also want the botanical Lego kits so they can put "plants" in the windows that cannot die.

These materials will ensure that our pieces don't go missing and they can enjoy their STEM time doing something they LOVE to do, build!

This will be used throughout all grade levels from 1st-5th and encourage students to complete their work.
