My Students

We are a K-8 public charter school with a diverse population, located in rural Appalachia. Our teachers work to provide a stable, loving environment for those students and continue to teach with a passion to ensure the best learning possible. Our school strives to provide many different opportunities for students to learn and accelerate.

My classroom is a thriving, learning community.

My students work together to enhance their learning and work together as a community. I believe that all students can learn and it is my job to tap into that potential and make it possible!

My Project

My classroom and STEM club students are wanting to have more hands on experiences. With this set of LEGOs my students will be in control of their learning and will learn about programing and building. Being able to create an item and then see it come to life is an experience that I would love to bring to my classroom.

Learning comes by hands on learning and by making mistakes.

This set of LEGO will give my students just that. Opportunities to build, add a motor to make it move and even learn from their mistakes! Please consider making this project come to life for my students.
