Our middle schoolers are medium-sized adults with fast-developing brains! They constantly want to know how and why, and the sheer excitement of seeing demonstrations come to life during science lessons is almost magical. Our middle school campus is located in the center of OKC, and the city is changing rapidly - and OKC is becoming an up-and-coming research hub. OKC is not a destination that people are running to relocate to but if we develop these future scientists maybe they will stick around.
A research-quality digital microscope that can be connected to the smartboard will not only help our students make hands-on connections to the science content within the confines of our classroom but will also help them design experiments and collect data to answer the questions they have about the changing world right outside our walls.
