My Project
With Mother's Day around the corner, I would like for my students do to a mini unit on plants so that they can grow their own to give to their moms for Mother's Day! I have a classroom plant that my students love to water and see grow throughout the school year.
This project will allow my students to learn about plants while creating the perfect Mother's Day gift!
I have included growing kits of lavender as well as paint pens so that students can decorate their pots.
While trying to stick with an "Earth Day" theme, I've also included items my classroom needs to keep a clean environment. This items include a broom and dust pan, a floor cleaner, and two trashcans with lids.
I really hope we can get this project funded for my students!
