Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As the Substance Abuse Prevention Intervention Specialist at my school I would like to offer my students a great positive alternative activity. Tufting. Or Rug Making can be a very soothing activity for my students who may need help finding positive outlets to reduce stress. Tufting will get their creativity flowing while encouraging them to socialize with peers in a drug free environment.

Your donation will help my students create meaningful works of art while working on social emotional skills and healthy habits to help them stay drug free and happy.
