My Project

My students are naturally curious, hands-on learners who light up when they get the chance to explore the world around them. I love how excited they get when they’re given real tools to investigate, ask questions, and discover new things for themselves. Their wonder, energy, and love for learning inspire me every day.

The Lakeshore Easy-View Early Science Kits and Kaplan All-Weather Magnifying Glasses will give my students the opportunity to truly see science in action.

These tools allow them to observe, compare, and investigate in ways that bring lessons to life. Whether we’re exploring leaves and insects outdoors or using the Exploring Household Acids and Bases Kit to test everyday items in the classroom, these resources turn abstract science concepts into real-world learning.

The microscope skills poster will help students learn proper technique and build confidence when using scientific tools, while the laminating sheets and Post-it easel pads help me create reusable, interactive materials that support ongoing lessons. These resources will be used daily to help make science engaging, accessible, and fun — exactly how it should be. I can’t wait to see the questions and discoveries that come from these new tools!
