Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students for their curiosity, enthusiasm, and perseverance. They come to class each day ready to learn new ideas and challenge themselves to grow as readers. What makes them special is their determination—each student is on their own learning journey, and they inspire me daily with their hard work and progress.
The variety of books I’m requesting will make a difference in their learning by providing engaging, high-quality texts at their individual reading levels.
Having access to books that match their abilities and interests will build their confidence, foster a love for reading, and strengthen their comprehension skills.
My goal for this project is to create a literacy-rich environment where every student can find books that excite and challenge them. I want to ensure that all students, regardless of their reading level, have the opportunity to experience the joy of getting lost in a great book.
