My Project
Imagine walking into your Pre K classroom and seeing a gym with equipment just for you. PreK students are naturally busy and love to explore different ways to move their bodies. We are excited to start our exercise study. Students will learn about different kinds of exercise, eating healthy, and how to keep their bodies strong. We learn what our bodies need in order to move and exercise.
The treadmill, exercise bike, and kid friendly weights will allow our student to explore how their bodies work when we exercise.
As the students exercise, we will discuss which muscles we are using. Exercise also improves children's memory and processing skills. Physical activity helps children pay attention and put more effort into their school work. We are looking forward to enjoying this unit with our students.
