My Project
Physical education (PE) in high school can have many benefits for students, including physical health, mental health, and academic performance. can help students develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through exercises and sports. This can help them build muscle, improve joint mobility, and increase their cardiovascular fitness. PE can also help students maintain normal blood sugar levels, improve blood pressure, and reduce body fat.
A high-quality physical education promotes an active lifestyle, improved health, motor skill development, and better cognitive performance.
Pickleball and corn hole are all the rage with the teenagers currently. By having these items available in the classroom, we are able to have 'fun Fridays' and get the students moving!
