My Students

My students are so smart and creative. I teach at a Title I school. Many students receive free breakfast and lunch. Their families are barely getting by and can not afford school supplies for the classroom. These students love to learn. I want to help them reach their goals and build the confidence needed for an amazing future. My school is rated a "B." I want to help my school become an "A" by giving my students resources to increase their math skills.

My Project

My students have brilliant young minds. They love to create and prefer a hands on learning approach for instruction. By funding this project, I will create a versatile station during center time for my students.

Versatiles are a wonderful resource for hands on learning.

Students can perform tasks and check their answers using these tiles independently.

Students will use the tiles to solve problems. Using these manipulatives help the students stay engaged during the activity. The more fun the students have while learning. The more the students will want to learn.
