This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are incredibly bright, energetic, and always ready to learn. An organized prekindergarten classroom can help children feel calm and secure but can also help them develop personal responsibility. The paper trays will keep our math and science journals and the caddies will keep the writing tools, the scissors, and the glue sticks.
Children can thrive in the prekindergarten classroom when there is an organized environment and these supplies will help my students keep everything in its place.
Access to these materials will help my students become more organized and independent. Each table will have an assigned color that will match the paper tray and the caddy. These will help my students grab the right tray and caddy for their table enabling us to maximize instructional time.
