This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a new third grad, ICT classroom. We started the year with very few supplies, which were mostly passed down from other teachers. As an ICT classroom, we serve students with a variety of learning needs and abilities. On a daily basis, we set up different center activities for our different learners to engage in. We will use the clear bins to organize materials that students will be using for our daily math and reading centers.
Our school uses a hands-on approach to learning called Project-Based Learning (PBL).
We will used the larger bins to store the PBL materials we will use throughout the school year. The bins will allow us to keep the materials for each unit of study separate making it easily accessible for us and the students.
Through differentiated activities, we allow students to discover their talents and passions. In helping us purchase these bins, you will be helping our students achieve this.
