My students need accordin folder to keep their projects in. The students often can be somewhat disorganized, this method would allow them to place all components of their projects within the folders until they need them.
I have a group of Diverse Learners (Special Education) Students. The students range from grades 6-8th. Our school is an elementary school which services students from grades Pre-K to 8th. My students are in both our inclusion model and resource model.
Our middle school Special Education program is comprised of 20 amazing students, many of whom come from low income households and receive free or reduced price lunch.
Some have severe learning disabilities, behavioral disorders and mild cognitive delays. They are a great group of kids!
My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students:the accordion folders with a wide area the binding clips and printing paper the students will be able to categorize their projects and be accountable for the organization and completion of the project based learning.
Because my student have some very diverse needs being organized can be a daily issue.
We do many project based assignments that cause for the students to collect data and artifacts. These types of folders will help the students to be able to keep all the components of their projects together without the disorganization of all the paper and artifacts.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
