Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have moved school sites and classrooms 3 times in the last 2 years, and will be moving again next year. Each time I have moved, I have moved to a smaller room, with less storage space. My supplies and materials from my last move are still in cardboard boxes on the floor, since I have nowhere to store them.

I believe having a nice organized space is important for students to learn.

With materials and supplies being stored in cardboard boxes, it is difficult for students and myself to find what we need for classroom activities.

The materials on my list will help our classroom be safer, without cardboard boxes everywhere, and more environmentally friendly, as I will be able to reuse the bins and get rid of the cardboard boxes. I usually have snacks on hand, for emergencies and for rewards and incentives. These bins will help me keep the snacks safe from ants and other creatures. Thank you for your consideration.
