Let's get moving! Easier said than done, when you don't have the proper equipment. I'd like to change this reality for a wonderful group of students.
I teach a wonderful group of fourth graders in a vibrant military community in North Carolina.
We are a public school located in an urban area. My students are hard workers and hard learners. They are naturally curious about the world around them. They have exciting imaginations.
My Project
Red, yellow, green and blue balls. Jump ropes. Bean bags. Can we say obstacle course?! This active play kit will ensure that my students get moving and practice their motor skills. I envision my students arranging an obstacle course with colorful cones that will daunt the most competitive players. The bean bags will be tossed far and high.
This active play kit that includes balls, jump ropes, and hula hopes, will help my students to stay active while at the same time learning listening, social, and cooperation skills.
The kit will help my students get moving and remain physically fit as they have loads of fun.
