I teach in the Germantown section in Philadelphia. We are a title 1 school with 100% of our students receiving free breakfast and lunch. My kids love to move and tbh, really need to burn energy every day. Sometimes, we don't have access to the gym due to various reasons...lack of heat, electricity, construction, etc.. so I would like to use the Wii in classrooms to allow our students to keep moving. The TV's and wireless microphones will be a huge help in allowing this to happen. We can Just Dance to move, golf and tennis to learn to swing, just to name a few ideas. Even as a title 1 school, we have a high percentage of students who always do the right thing. As a PBIS school, we also focus on positive behaviors rather than consequences. These items will be used for this purpose as well.
