My Project
Would you rather see things in black and white or full color? I agree! Please, give me the color! Our school only has a black and white Ricoh printer that the entire staff shares. The pages tend to come out smeared from 20+ classrooms printing all day. We really cannot see our hard work or student photos and games clearly with just black and white ink. We would greatly benefit from color ink cartridges to use with an old, donated Canon MG3122 printer!
Color is naturally engaging for all learners--black and white can be more difficult to absorb when compared with the interactive media students consume regularly.
Color can spark imaginations and facilitate the brainstorming process that's essential to creative projects and student engagement. While color improves the educational experience for all students, it can be transformational for students with learning disabilities. Color printing is a powerful asset to students and educators. We use color for a variety of purposes in the classroom, from visual aids to student handouts and photos and beyond. We have just started writing books! When we finish writing a story that makes sense and we listen to our letter sounds, we turn them into Little Bird Tales! We really want to print our colorfully bright and imaginative stories because I told all our preschoolers that this year, they would become authors and illustrators! Please, help us get color ink for our classroom!
