My Students

I love the question! My students are special in every way. My students are eager to learn and want to do their best daily. My students receive special services. Even with their disabilities, their confidence is contagious and they make teaching the best job around.

I teach at a Title I school with diverse students from all walks of life.

Many of the students receive free/reduced lunch and also receive "backpack buddies" which provides them with food and snacks for the weekend. Despite the challenges they may face, my students come to school ready to do their very best

My Project

The flex-space seats will allow my students to be comfortable. Studies show that students learn better when they have different seating opinions available. With my classroom being a safe place for students, they deserve a safe and comfortable environment that also enhances their learning.

This addition to our classroom will promote a healthy and comfortable learning atmosphere.

My students will not only be excited to be at school but also be engaged during whole group lessons and small group centers. The flex-space seats will accommodate each student by offering them an option of being comfortable in the classroom. The flex-space seats will be available for students this upcoming year and years to come.
