Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will use these materials in their fitness club. Students don't have access to lots of sports equipment at the moment, and these supplies will help my students be able to be active and have fun.

These materials will help improve students' mental and physical health.

Getting them to move their bodies can boost endorphins, reducing school stress. Students will be able to work together and have fun, which is especially important while recovering from the hard times we've had.

Using the outdoor basketballs, students will learn hooping skills and teamwork. The Champion Sports Tempered Steel Badminton Rackets and Champion Sports Nylon Outdoor Shuttlecocks would be used in teaching how to play badminton. In addition, the Ultra Star Sport Disc would be used to have student practice dexterity and arm movements. The Bodyweight Exercise Cards would make working out like a game and make working out fun. The Air Pump Needle would help ensure all of our sports equipment is inflated.
