My Students
Classrooms today have changed with the abundance of technology at student's disposal. With this change comes a need to become more cutting edge in the methods of delivering everyday lessons in reading, writing, and arithmetic. So come on and let's get digital.
I have band of fantastic fourth graders who are eager, energetic, and enthusiastic about learning.
They attend an elementary school in Florida that has a population of roughly 900 students. We are a very technologically savvy in our class, utilizing Promethean Boards, computers, and other various devices, but require addition sources to stay stimulated and successful in our everyday learning. With your help, we can enrich the lives of these students and make everyday a learning adventure.
My Project
The resources requested in this project include digital applications for a variety of mathematical and reading activities that can be utilized on the digital board found in our classroom. The resources requested will help so many students whether they are just approaching level, on level or just need additional enrichment in their everyday studies of the subjects. The students will be able to engage in a magnitude of multimedia activities, either in a large group setting, small group setting, or one-on-one setting.
The activities will include reading skills (such as main idea, context clues, vocabulary, cause and effect, etc.) or mathematics skills (such as addition, subtraction, multiplication. division, etc).
The students in my class work extremely hard on a daily basis, and as a teacher, I try to give them everything they can possibly need to be successful and engaged in their learning.
