Our students are so wonderful at our school. They thrive through STEM curriculum, project-based learning, and a love of the arts. The students come from all different backgrounds and are a very diverse group. They are truly one of a kind.
My goal is to make my kids as happy as possible.
They are a sweet bunch of kids who unfortunately had to miss a few months of their kindergarten year. My goal is to fill in the achievement gap for these kids with the use of technology, engaging activities, and lots of one on one and small group learning time.
My Project
These Chromebooks will continue to enhance the digital learning experience for my students that I strive to create! My students are 21st century learners at a STEM school where a huge focus is technology. My students love to play online games, practice skills, and create presentations and documents. You would be surprised at how much they can do on a computer at such a young age. Every student Chromebook that is placed in my classroom will be treated with love and care, and the students are thankful for the opportunities to learn new online skills. These Chromebooks have been chosen with my students in mind.
Technology will not replace teachers, but in the hands of teachers will be transformational.
My students will get to play educational games to reinforce skills such as Kahoot, Quizziz, and Nearpod to name a few. With these new Chromebooks, my students will be able to ALL participate in digital learning at the same time. The technology will benefit them this year and for years to come as our world evolves and becomes more digital! It is my goal to set them up for success in the classroom and in life.
