My Project
After spending the year cooped up in quarantine and learning virtually from home, it is time to get back to being physically active. And after having to be creative with PE activities that can be done while maintaining physical distance, it is now time to get back to PE outdoors.
Students are back and ready to be physically active, and there is no better way to do this then with new PE equipment!
Basic sports equipment such as balls, flying discs and sports cones will allow my students to engage in activities like Frisbee Golf, Ultimate Frisbee, Hula Huts, and Jedi Ball. Not only will these activities help re-engage students into physical activity, but it also will reinforce social skills and team cooperation which have been on hold during the pandemic. I also hope to encourage students to be physically active beyond the PE classroom.
