Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I have a class of 16 amazing students. They are eager to learn and always willing to lend a helping hand. I love when they utilize lessons learned throughout the curriculum and make inferences. Just seeing them make connections one by one and then if encountered by a problem that leaves them stumped observing them seek help progress.

They have the most inquisitive minds and they put those thoughts into action.

I have a student who have mastered writing numbers and letters and advanced to writing bubble letters and numbers. Now, he spends every moment showing off his skills.

My Project

This season there had been countless illnesses inside of my class due to the cold and flu virus. With the Lysol sprays and wipes, the classroom with be clean and disinfected every morning before the children arrive. This is reduce the risk of getting sick from the cold and flu virus.

With your donation, you will be giving the children the opportunity to learn how healthy eating and being active will have a positive impact on their life by using the Food & Nutrition Theme Box, Health & Safety Theme Box, and the What’s Inside Me?

They will also have to opportunity to practice healthy eating at school and at home. Thank you in advance for your support.
