My Project
This is my second year teaching second grade, and unfortunately, my students did not have a carpet last year. Last year, due to not having a carpet, my students spent most of their day sitting behind their desks. Sometimes, students will have to resort to sitting on the bare floor.
My second graders will benefit from having a carpet in their room that provides flexible seating.
It would also provide easier transitions, opportunities to work in groups, and an overall cozy space for learning. Please help me provide a carpet for this new bunch of students!
