This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a subscription to the Scholastic Let's Find Out newspaper for my kindergarten team. This resource will make learning about the world fun and accessible for my young students. Each issue presents topics like science, social studies, and current events in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The bright visuals, interactive activities, and relatable stories will help my students build foundational literacy skills, expand their vocabulary, and engage in meaningful discussions. My goal is to enhance my students' reading and comprehension skills while sparking their curiosity about the world. By the end of the year, I hope they will have a stronger understanding of various subjects and improved critical thinking skills.
