Our classroom community includes children of ages 3, 4, and 5. It is made up of 20 students who spend extended time in the classroom everyday. They love learning through hands-on experiences!
My preschool students are always asking big questions and wondering about the world around them.
They are eager to learn new information and their curiosity goes beyond the walls of our classroom. They are excited to come to school everyday and they leave our classroom at the end of the day with a big smile and lots of new learned information.
My Project
As the new school year begins we would like to create a more inviting and creative dramatic play area for our preschool students. Even tough their imagination goes beyond the provided materials they still need the appropriate vehicle to make this happen. Currently, our dramatic play area has limited resources and would benefit from a variety of new additional dress-up clothes, dolls and sketch books to help them build and act out a character.
When I watch my students play with their friends at the dramatic play area, it shows me how much they are learning from one another as well as how much they are expanding their imagination.
I would like to continue cultivating this growth with the use of these new materials. Help us make a magical dramatic play area for our preschoolers!
