Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We want our students to love coming to the library! When the library environment is organized, students are able to find things more easily and this makes the experience more enjoyable. Clear book bins will help us to have our nonfiction book about the world facing forward which makes them easier to explore.
We have so many wonderful books about our world, and we want our students to be able to find and interact with these nonfiction books in our library!
Using clear bins to have our nonfiction books facing forward will encourage a climate of exploration as students see the book covers, and flip through to explore the books in each bin. We are so excited for our students to engage with and enjoy our library!
