Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a 4th grade bilingual teacher. I teach economically disadvantage students. My students are always ready to learn, they love to collaborate, and are always willing to give their best effort.

My students need a new calming corner and snacks.

I want them to have books to read about their emotions and fidget toys for when they feel overwhelmed. I want them to have snacks available when they are hungry.

These project is going to provide my students with a classroom that welcomes all of them, no matter how they feel or how they are.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
