My Project
Our kids always have a great time when we let them loose to build and create to their heart's content. Lately, our kids have been begging for more building toys! We have a center full of Magna-Tiles, and they're asking for a bigger variety of things to build with. Basic wooden blocks are open ended toys that cater to their growing imaginations, problem solving skills, and teamwork. The magnetic balls and rods will add an extra cool 3D dimension to their buildings. The screwdriver drill kit will give them that extra bit of mechanical fun, honing those fine motor skills!
Blocks and building materials are one of the single most important manipulatives for young kids to use to build math concepts, develop fine motor skills, and create opportunities for building relationships built on teamwork.
