Majority of children love playing with Legos. Legos have become a major factor to incorporate into STEM classrooms. There are so many great ways you can utilize easy Lego creations to explore math and science concepts. These great hands-on activities are the perfect way to get my students excited about math, science, and make learning more fun.
Lego teaches various soft skills that will shape the way that my students work and interact with others including, creative thinking, teamwork, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
We will also use these Legos for multiple subjects such as math and science. Students will be able to use Legos to skip count in math, learn place value, addition and subtraction, and so many more skills. For science students can use Legos to build structures discussed in lessons, create the phases of the moon, discovering the water cycle, and completing the soil layers experiment.
