This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Next school year, I am teaching seven classes of ninth graders, approximately 180 students at all reading levels. My students will be working hard on their reading and writing skills in my English Language Arts classes. I have amazing students who are working hard to be successful readers and writers. I strive to help my students see the potential within themselves and become the best possible version of themselves they can be. My goal is to have my students leave my classroom not just educationally prepared, but socially and emotionally prepared to thrive in the real world.

The binders and dividers will allow my students to remain organized throughout the school year, which is a skill that will serve them well in the future.
