Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One of our favorite genres to read as a class is nonfiction/ informational text. We have used resources from our class library but we do not have enough books as this is my first year teaching fourth grade.
My students and I would love to read and analyze nonfiction magazines and books as a class.
My students have shown an interest in animals and Science and I would love for my students to learn how to analyze, have class discussions and write about informational text.
This would be a great opportunity for my students to learn and master grade-level standards in an enjoyable way.
