My Students

My students are a great bunch of fun, imaginative children. I love my students for many reasons. One of the reasons that I love them is their love for reading. We like to do all different types of reading. We silent read, partner read, whole class read and we read in book groups. The best part of my day is when I read aloud to them. They like to either draw or build with Legos during this time.

I think that my students are special because despite their difficult home life they come to school eager to learn and to make a better life for themselves.

My Project

These Legos will inspire and motivate my students to build and dream. I am planning on using these Legos in a few different ways. I like for the students to be able to build while I read to them. I will also use them for STEM activities. Due to all of the COVID restrictions I will be able to separate Legos into individual baggies to help stop the spread of germs.

I am so excited for all my students to have their own individual baggies of Legos to play and explore with!
