My Project
I am requesting a light-up table for my students with autism to provide an engaging, multisensory learning tool that supports their developmental and educational needs. The light-up table will help enhance visual attention, fine motor skills, and sensory exploration, making activities more accessible and motivating for students with varying sensory preferences. It can be used to support learning in areas such as letter and number recognition, color exploration, and cause-and-effect relationships while also serving as a calming tool for students who benefit from visual input. This resource will create a more inclusive and engaging classroom environment, helping students stay focused and actively participate in learning activities. I am also requesting manipulatives that we can use with the table, including a tray and sensory materials.
