My Project

In the spring of 2022, we inducted our very first group of students into an elementary club. As an online school, we strive to provide student with opportunities to interact with each other in person. B. Club is one way that we are now able to do that. Students with exemplary academics, behavior, and leadership potential are invited to take part in our B. Club. We are proud to have a club consisting of 34 students in 4th and 5th grade.

Club strives to "Lead by Serving Others", the motto of National B. Club. Yet, a few students stand out among the rest and are deserving of special recognition to help them remember their achievement. As B. Club sponsor, I have been impressed by the way that our officers have taken on the responsibility. Each month, they collaborate online to prepare an agenda and lead the member meetings with minimal support from myself and my co-sponsor. These officers have met with our principal to obtain permissions needed for conducting service projects. They coordinate with other members to create digital posters promoting service projects. The leadership skills that they have exhibited are truly inspirational.

They deserve some recognition. The swag shop for National B. Club has medallions that specifically acknowledge the leadership role of president, vice president, secretary, and historian. Our goal is to award these medallions to our current officers during their crossing over ceremony at the end of the school year. We anticipate that the new officers for the coming school year will be in attendance at the ceremony serving as student leaders. As a final act of leadership our current officers will recognize their successors with medallions of their own. Please support our student leaders.
