My Students
I have approximately 140 8th grade Language Arts students. These students come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and many are on the free and reduced lunch program. Many are unable to bring the school supplies that we need in the classroom daily.
I want to provide my students with the best classroom experience that I can.
Having the necessary supplies in my classroom will help make each day a positive experience for my students. Having supplies readily available in class gives the students one less thing to worry about.
My Project
Since the start of Covid and the unknowns that we face in the classroom, we have moved to a paperless classroom. My students work on their Chromebooks in class daily.
Having a class set of headphones to use with most of the programs we use in class is very important.
Students either don't have their own headphones to bring or forget them at home.
Having a sturdy set of headphones that will last through multiple students' daily use will be a blessing for our class. These will also be easy to clean between uses.
