This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With new books, our students will continue to foster their love for reading. Our classroom library does not currently have an extensive amount of texts to choose from. Students love to read independently and seem to have worked through many of the books our library has to offer!
It is wonderful to see students share and swap grade leveled texts that they have enjoyed reading from our library.
These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. New books will allow students to choose texts which interest them. We aim to help students increase their stamina and love for reading. This project will help enrich student experiences with printed word!
