My Project

As a first-grade teacher, I’m always looking for ways to engage my students in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. In today’s digital age, many of our students are spending too much time on devices. I want to provide them with opportunities to unplug, explore their creativity, and build important skills through play.

By removing devices from the equation, these play items will allow my first graders to engage with one another and their world in meaningful, hands-on ways.

They will develop skills that go beyond academics—like communication, collaboration, and creativity—that will stay with them throughout their lives. Your donation will help create a classroom that is full of fun, exploration, and learning!

I am requesting donations for items like puzzles, dolls, and craft supplies that will help my students engage in imaginative play, develop problem-solving skills, and express their creativity—without relying on screens. These supplies will allow my young learners to practice important life skills such as teamwork, fine motor coordination, and empathy while having fun!
