This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
If you ask students their favorite subject, 9 times out of 10 they will say, "Recess!" In our school, students rotate between different recess locations during the week, meaning that sometimes they will not be able to play in their favorite location (the playground) but out in the soccer filed or bus lot. Although we do provide a couple of toys to play with, it can get worn out overtime. That's where your support can make a difference!
With your help we can give our students fun things to play with no matter where we are for recess, including on rainy days!
This time of the day is a great break for the students to have to interact with each other through play, team work, and having fun! This project is full with items that can help students get their break outdoors or indoors!
