Our close-knit, Title I school is located in a beautiful country setting. The students are energetic, curious, and work hard. The parents are positive and the community is a great resource of support.
The students come to school each day to learn so that they can be positive and helping participants in society.
The students work together to support one another both in the school and outside of the school day. Whenever a need arises in the community, our students are always there to lend a helping hand. Therefore, when we can help to pay it forward to the students, we jump at the opportunity.
The photo case will be used to hold our letter and number flash cards and card games. The lacing beads will be used by the students to learn patterns and counting. The games will help students in kindergarten with recognizing and identifying their numbers. The candy will be used for math counting activities, sorting colors and a reward after math is done.
