This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I received a DonorChoose donation with the first Harry Potter book for my special education students. They LOVED going on the adventures that J.K. Rowling created with the Sorcerer's Stone and asked me to get the next book in the series for us to read next. After finishing the second book I decided we would not stop until we finish the series.

It is so special to see my students excited about reading and wanting to read more.

I can't wait to surprise them with the next book and continue our adventures together.
