This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
In my classroom we have a diversity of cultures and different types of economic backgrounds. I want to inspire my students to be thinkers, investigators, and get curious about what is going to happen next. I want them to never stop reaching for their goal and always keep moving forward.
In my school we are a team and we teach students to fly high even though sometimes they go down but if they keep flying high, they'll be successful in the long run.
My Project
In my school, unfortunately we do not have an art class, so I want to be able to teach art to my students and incorporated into my lessons to make it more fun and meaningful for my students. I am requesting different art supply's for my students so we can be creative artists. I have requested paper so when we feel like cutting to make a robot we can cut out different color paper. Also, My students are in need of painting specific supplies.
Painting helps the students to develop their fine motor skills as well as develop their own personal style of artwork.
My students do not have enough brushes for a class to paint together if we had a classroom pack of multiple brushes it would aid in the student development of fine motor skills as well as hand-eye coordination. I want to be able to provide this materials for my students to show case their work. These materials are not expensive alone but together they add up. I thank you and my students thank you for any and all help you can provide.
