This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We would love to have planter boxes in the windows of our library to make the space even more welcoming. We recently put a few small pots of succulents in one of the windows after we had a few leftovers from an event. It looks so lovely, I thought it would be nice to have planters in all of the windows.

With the addition of planter boxes, students can help propagate succulents and watch them grow!

I love watching the baby succulents emerge, and I know our students will too!
