Help me give my students these lights so that we have lighting for the classroom. Many of my students are bothered by the florescent lights but we also have to have enough light to not strain our eyes.

My Project
In my classroom, we have different energies during the day. When they walk in, I like it to be calm, with quiet music, so they come in and settle for the day. Math is more active, where students are standing and working with partners at whiteboards, having discussions. Then, we go to silent reading, where students again quiet down after recess and resettle. After that is my reading instruction and writing instruction, where students discuss but we use flexible seating and have book discussions/book groups. Everything I do sets the tone for the topic I am teaching, and one way to do this effectively is through light. The florescent lighting overhead tends to be sterile and loud, and many students complain about it/ complain about migraines. Research studies have even shown that fluorescent lighting can cause headaches and migraines, increase anxiety and decrease concentration.
Therefore, I am being creative in getting lighting for my classroom that helps students focus.
These lights provide a calming effect and can be dimmed when needed. They are LED so they are allowed in our classroom and are not dangerous and are on a timer, so they turn off automatically. It helps prevent migraines and sets a culture of calmness, saftey and warmth in the classroom. The battery lights are wonderful too for silent reading. The students bring them to their spots, so they aren't straining their eyes and we use them daily. A couple of mine are not charging anymore so we need some new ones. Furthermore, when our power goes out (we are remote), they serve so well because they are battery operated and we still have light, and the whole school asks to borrow them, so that we can ensure safety when that happens.
