Help me give my students ways to manage technology, with a place to put cell phones in class, rewards for following our technology goals, and replacement keyboards and mouses... all so modern learning can flourish!

My Project

Technology can be a double edged sword, and with cell phones ubiquitous among students, I need help giving those phones a home in class. I also want to be able to reward students who do the right thing, as well as supplement broken keyboards and track pads.

The backbone of this project is a cellphone holder, in anticipation of a new classroom routine for each student to park their phone at the start of class.

Students who follow this new procedure will get some of the rewards in this project.

Of equal importance is this project being supplemented with extra keyboards and computer mouses (or mice, if you prefer). Keyboards and trackpads are the first two things to wear out on student laptops, and these supplies would help keep students working while awaiting repairs.
