This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Legos Please! My students love coming into my classroom, they love to come to learn new things, but they also really love center time. The elementary school that l serve is in a low economic area, where students do not have the latest gadgets. The students at my school are in great need of the access that the RISE special education classroom creates. The students at our school communicate and engage better in hands-on learning. The students love when we have monthly maker days but the problem is we do not have enough supplies to do that.
