My Project

After returning to school from COVID, students are lacking social emotional skills needed to interact with others. Students have expressed a strong desire to build LEGO sets this year which has helped them get along with each other. They are given the opportunity to build LEGO sets in the library. This project helps address the need of working with others by providing an outlet to build a LEGO set.

LEGO sets allow students the ability to build STEM skills and focus while following a set of instructions.

The LEGO sets, including Super Mario, an Insect set and other resources will be available in the library for any student who would like to use them. The overall goal is to create a safe learning space where all students feel successful and to interact with others while working on a common goal.
