This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergarten students are full of joy, excitement, and an eagerness for learning. I have so much fun teaching and learning with them. Our school is 92% economically disadvantaged and 79% English Learners. My class is a diverse mix of students, including English Learners, students receiving special education services, gifted and talented students, and students from around the world.

My students have unique personalities, and they're all very sweet and caring toward others.

Thank you in advance for helping me provide the best educational experience for my very deserving students.

My Project

The products I am requesting are LEGO sets for my kindergarten students. In kindergarten, it's important for students to work together as they develop their social skills. These LEGO sets will allow my students to use their imagination to build real-life scenarios. They will be able to apply what they're learning in language arts to their imaginative play.

Roleplay will help my students grow their vocabulary as they communicate and collaborate to build the communities they see around them or would like to see in the future.

They will be able to express themselves and realize the importance of interpersonal relationships. Additionally, they will be strengthening their fine-motor, math, and science skills through exploration. My students would have so much fun learning with LEGOs in kindergarten. Thank you!
