LEGO Together, Friend's Forever!

Help me give my students brand new LEGO sets that will allow them to be creative, improve their communication and problem-solving skills, and most importantly have fun with their classmates!

My Project

Year after year, the students I work with come to 1st grade with a love of engineering, architecture, and working together to create new things. These brand new LEGO sets would give the students in my classroom brand new opportunities to problem solve and work together to create brand new creations!

Your donation to this project will allow my students the chance to work together to build their ability to problem solve, develop a growth mindset and most importantly have fun!

For this project, I have requested the funds to purchase a brand new LEGO Education Set called StoryTales. With this set, my students will be able to create their own stories using various LEGO pieces. We will be able to use the classroom technology we already have to turn these stories into digital pieces that we can cherish forever!

I have also requested the funds to purchase a LEGO Education set called Coding Express which will help serve as a great introduction to STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Challenges. With this set, students will be able to work together to create play scenarios using a classic train set. They will have the coding ability to make their trains pause, stop, change direction, sound the horn, and more!
